Consolidation in Mid-Mkt. M&A?

As we see new specialist boutiques pop up day by day, we thought it could be interesting to look at how deals are getting distributed among advisors in the middle market. Our analysis suggests that the middle market advisory space is very fragmented, with 3 quarters of advisors doing 6 or fewer deals. On the flip side, this could point to a potential for consolidation in this space.
